Hourly Prices

Hourly rates are for time-based services such as editing, animations, illustration projects, and revisions. Rates start at $20 per hour, but can increase based on type and scope of work.

    These tasks vary based on project complexity and revision rounds. Charging hourly ensures you're compensated for time spent revising text, visuals, or layouts — especially when change requests arrive after delivery.

  • Content creation, formatting, and scheduling for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.


    Social media work involves ongoing trend research, platform formatting, and campaign testing. Hourly pricing reflects the time needed to draft, design, caption, and optimize content across platforms.

  • Tasks include content updates, plugin maintenance, SEO tweaks, and troubleshooting.


    Since these are support-based and often involve varying levels of urgency or technicality, billing by the hour ensures flexibility for both one-time fixes and long-term management.

  • Illustration, digital art, or specialty designs made to order.


    Artistic commissions often require time-intensive sketching, approvals, and edits. An hourly model supports a fair pay structure when the final time investment can’t be predicted upfront due to its uniqueness and iterative nature.

Hybrid Prices

Other services that require research, experience, or thought-driven approaches will start at set price points and increase based on the complexity of the project.

  • Initial UX structure, layout logic, and functionality mapping for digital platforms.


    Wireframes lay the foundation for websites or apps. They require upfront research, problem-solving, and strategic flow planning, making pricing dependent on scope and platform type (e.g. mobile, e-commerce, portfolio).

  • Strategy-driven design work for product launches, brand rollouts, or social activations.


    Campaigns blend visuals, messaging, and platform targeting. They involve concept development, multi-format asset creation, and timing coordination. Hybrid pricing reflects the balance of creative labor and strategic planning.

  • Design and development of custom websites (Squarespace, Webflow, etc).

    Websites can range from simple portfolios to multi-page e-commerce hubs. The base price accounts for layout, content integration, and responsiveness, while added functionality (blog, shop, animation) may raise the final cost.

  • Logo + Branding

    Custom logo creation paired with a visual identity system.


    Brand work includes research, sketches, refinement rounds, and identity elements like fonts, color palettes, and usage guides. Pricing varies depending on whether the project is a logo-only or a full branding suite.

Website Build Process

  • Consult to define site goals, page content, layout structure

    Value: $150

    Rationale:
    This covers a 30–60 minute kickoff call plus preparation of a custom site outline. It includes identifying goals, page structure, and tech needs. This step ensures strategic alignment before building begins.

  • Domain connection, template styling, branding setup, platform integration

    Value: $300

    Rationale:
    Involves selecting and modifying a Squarespace template, configuring site settings, navigation, social links, domain mapping, and integrating fonts/colors to match brand identity.

  • Styling for all screen sizes.

    Value: $200

    Rationale:
    Manual design adjustments ensure your website looks great on all devices. This includes layout testing and visual tuning across breakpoints, not just template defaults.

  • Custom layouts for Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.

    Value: $450

    Rationale:
    Build and format of key pages like Home, About, Services, Contact, and 1–3 extras (e.g. Portfolio, Blog). Includes custom formatting, section creation, and flow optimization.

  • Page titles, descriptions, alt-tags, header structure, etc.

    Value: $100

    Rationale:
    Optimization of titles, descriptions, image alt-tags, and metadata. Helps improve Google indexing and ensures content is search-friendly and accessible.

  • Web-friendly compression + formatting for speed

    Value: $75

    Rationale:
    Compressing and formatting images for fast load times without sacrificing quality. Helps improve performance scores and mobile usability.

  • Menu planning, link hierarchy, content flow design

    Value: $125

    Rationale:
    Planning clear, intuitive menus and linking structures. Includes section headers, breadcrumb flow, and footer hierarchy for a better user experience and engagement.

  • Editing time included in packages. Additional edits will create additional costs.

    Value: $100

    One round of revisions is included to ensure quality and alignment, while additional edits reflect the extra time and creative labor required.
